Elastic Cloud Hong Kong Asia Data Center: Instructions for Deploying an SSL Certificate (https) on a Hong Kong IP

A. SSL deployment of HTTPS single/multiple sites in windows2008+iis7 environment

B. SSL deployment of HTTPS single/multiple sites on a Linux system

C. Single-site HTTPS deployment with SSL on windows2003 system

D. Deploy HTTPS certificate on win2012+iis8 (supports multiple sites)

Set up a 301 redirect to redirect HTTP to HTTPS after deploying HTTPS (SSL)

Note: This method is only applicable to Hong Kong IPs in the Elastic Cloud Hong Kong Asia Data Center. If you need to deploy on a domestic IP, please choose the corresponding method above.


Deployment to a Hong Kong IP in the Hong Kong Asia Data Center is directly supported. You do not need to deploy an HTTPS site on the server; you only need to have applied for a certificate or hosted a certificate with our company, and then resolve the domain name to the Hong Kong IP address.

Note that you need the nginx certificate. The certificate file can be opened directly with Notepad, and you need to copy and paste the correct content. Certificates applied for in some places are in .pem format; open them directly with Notepad and copy the content into the certificate field.


Notes:

Once again, there is no need to deploy a certificate on the Hong Kong IP server. You only need to apply for a certificate with our company, or upload and host a certificate, and resolve the domain directly to the Hong Kong IP.
