1. Why can't Cash on Delivery be selected after it is set up?

Answer:  "No delivery required" and "User self-pickup" cannot select Cash on Delivery. Please add a new delivery method in the backend.

2. After adding a product, I found that the product details in the mobile version cannot scale responsively.

Answer:  If the added product detail images contain built-in styles, scaling will fail. It is recommended to first upload the images to the file manager and then select and use them.

3. Yunjianzhan does not display after adding the "Work Order License Display" code.

Answer: You need to use the "Advanced Code" plugin to add it and access it using the authorized domain used when applying for the code.

4. Material sync prompts "41001", WeChat custom menu publishing failed.

Answer: This is usually caused by the token being unable to be obtained. Please check the WeChat Official Account settings to see whether the token has been set correctly. Please refer to: http://help.yjz.top/detail/524?category_id=72&category_pid=35 

Currently, WeChat has added IP whitelist protection for the "Get access_token" API. Please make sure the relevant IPs have been added to the whitelist, then scan the QR code to save. If it still does not work, please regenerate the developer password and try again.

5. Micro-distribution, unlimited-level distribution sub-stores: does each sub-site have its own QR code? Can a customer directly scan the sub-site's QR code to enter the store and purchase?

Answer: Yes.

6. When applying for Alipay, how should this be set?

Answer: No setting is needed. For the mobile website, please set it according to http://help.yjz.top/detail/656?category_id=52&category_pid=35.

7. In the PC side, for one-click mobile generation, when I generated the homepage I selected overwrite. Why are there still two homepages?

Answer: This generation does not overwrite the original homepage of the mobile site; instead, it generates a separate new homepage. When generating again, the "overwrite" prompt also refers to whether to overwrite the already generated homepage, not the original mobile site homepage.

       At the same time, one-click generation only applies to the current page, not full-site generation. Due to factors such as image pixels and page resolution in the PC site, the generated mobile page will differ somewhat from the PC side and needs to be manually adjusted and edited.

8. How do I set up multi-condition filtering?

Answer: First go to Products in the backend - set product attributes - then select product categories - set the attributes - then set products - set the attributes - then set plugins - enable multi-condition filtering.

9. After successfully applying for the Alipay interface, this prompt appears. Do I still need to set up this integrated interface?

Answer: No. After finding the pid and key , just set them up in the website builder backend.

10. Does mobile WeChat Pay support H5 payment?

Answer: Yes.

11. How do I configure SSL to enable HTTPS support?

Answer: Yunjian supports SSL deployment. For overseas lines, enable an independent IP and then deploy the certificate (corresponding fees will be charged).

12. Can the website thumbnail in the website builder management panel be updated?

Answer: The thumbnail in the independent management panel logged in through http://www.yjz.top can be updated, and it updates automatically once a day. If access via the test domain is disabled, it will not update automatically.
The thumbnail in the user management center does not update automatically; it only shows the thumbnail from the initial template.

13. Can one Marketing Edition Yunjianzhan build two mini programs, for example one Mall Edition and one Enterprise Edition, or two Mall Editions?

Answer: Only one.

14. Configuring the 163 mailbox for a mail-sending test fails?

Answer: For the SMTP server, please enter: smtp.163.com; for the port, please enter: 994/25; for the mailbox password, please enter the authorization code.

15. How do I set free shipping for a specified order amount?

Answer: Go to the backend management panel - Delivery Settings - add a configuration method, set the key information such as "Supported delivery regions" and "Free shipping for a specified order amount". When publishing products, you need to set the "Weight". At the same time, do not check the "If enabled, all product delivery fees are unrelated to product weight and are calculated according to the set fee" option. After the user selects the shipping address when submitting the order, the system will match whether shipping fees need to be charged.

16. Why does a page containing video jump directly to a download page when opened with an Android phone, and the video inside cannot be displayed when opened with an Apple phone?

Answer: This is because the mobile device does not support it. Currently, Youku has cancelled the sharing code. It is recommended to consider uploading the video to iQIYI and then adding the universal code
