After applying for an SSL certificate for the main domain, do you still need to apply for one for the www domain? Single-domain, multi-domain, and wildcard issuance issues.

I have applied for a primary domain SSL certificate. Do I still need to apply for one for the www domain? (Single-domain, multi-domain, and wildcard domain issuance issues)
a. Currently, 西部数码 free certificates are single-domain certificates, i.e., 1 certificate corresponds to 1 domain.If you need to support multi-domain and wildcard domain binding, you need to purchase separately.
b. When applying for the SSL certificate of a primary domain such as domain.com, domain.com and www.domain.com will be added to the certificate domains by default
, so there is no need to apply repeatedly;
c. If you are applying for a non-www second-level domain, such as: west.domain.com, when you submit the review materials, for the certificate binding domain you need to enter: west.domain.com, and cannot enter domain.com or www.domain.com
As shown in the figure:

What is an authenticated single domain?
domain.com and www.domain.com count as 1 domain. When entering the certificate binding domain, entering either one is sufficient.
What is an authenticated multi-domain?
www.domain.com west.domain.com www.west.cn count as 3 domains. 西部数码 provides multi-domain certificates, which can be purchased directly, and supports 5 domains by default.
What is an authenticated wildcard domain? (also called a wildcard)
Authenticate all subdomains at the same level under 1 domain, such as: *.domain.com 西部数码 provides wildcard-type certificates, which can be purchased directly.
