2016 New Version Agent Platform Upgrade Process

Upgrade Process (with Images)

!!! If the backend has already been upgraded to a version higher than 9.6, please do not download and install this patch. Please submit a ticket and our company will assist with the upgrade !!!

1. Upgrade the agent platform to the latest version (9.60) (check the latest platform version in the super admin backend)

2. Rename the manager file to manager_old via ftp or online management; backup is optional

3. Upload via ftp: http://update.myhostadmin.net/update.rar or use remote download from the standalone panel
