   I. Basic Requirements for Participating in Domain Trading

1. Publishing a transaction must comply withrelevant laws and regulations,and the principles of fairness and good faith ;

2. Once a domain transaction is published, the domain will be locked and cannot be transferred to another registrar before the transaction ends;

3. Users are prohibited from self-bidding and self-selling, frequently listing and delisting, modifying the same domain transaction (no more than twice a day), and other behaviors that deliberately disrupt the order of the trading market;

   II. Description of Domain Transaction Types

1. Buy It Now (Seller is exempt from transaction fees)

① The seller sets a fixed price for sale, with a minimum selling price of 3 yuan, and the transaction amount can be withdrawn.

② The platform will display and sell at a markup of 6%-25% on the price set by the seller at the time of publishing for domains whose registrar is 西部数码 (specific fluctuation will be based on domain quality, suffix, attributes, price, market conditions, etc.), and for domains externally deposited into our company's management, the markup will be 4~15% for display. If the transaction is successful, no seller fee will be charged.

     For example: If the seller publishes a domain for sale at 1000 yuan, the display price will be 1150 yuan, and after the transaction is completed, 1000 yuan will be credited to the seller's account.

③ Once a buyer makes an offer, the transaction is completed immediately, and neither the buyer nor the seller supports voluntary default. Please verify the selling price in light of domain cost, transfer-in fees, etc., as well as whether the domain status supports transfer and whether it supports external deposit to our company. For detailed transaction rules, please refer to《Buy It Now Transaction Rules》

④ Third-party domains are supported for publishing: the domain's available time must be more than 30 days, and resolution verification is required (see page prompts for details). After the buyer pays, the seller must as soon as possible transfer the domaintransfer in orexternal deposit to our company for delivery; the maximum delivery time is 10 days. External deposit is free, and the transfer-in fee is borne by the seller.《Third-Party Transaction Certification and Requirements》

⑤ For third-party domains, if the domain transaction time selected by the seller exceeds the domain expiration time, the program will automatically correct it.

⑥ After a domain transaction is successfully published, there is a default 60s waiting period before it starts; during this period it will not be displayed in the Buy It Now pending sale list. You can use this time to check the price, modify, or delist it.

⑦ After publishing, the system will intelligently rank domains based on price, attributes, number of visits, etc.: generally, publishing a reasonable price range and a longer display time range will obtain better ranking and exposure.

     【Special Reminder】

     ① Buy It Now type transactions do not require seller confirmation. If the seller marks a wrong price resulting in a transaction price that differs from the average market price by more than 5 times and the average market price is above 3000 yuan, 西部数码 has the right to decide whether to intervene based on the actual situation (if the transaction is to be canceled, the seller must pay 15% of the market price as liquidated damages to compensate the buyer, and compensate the platform 15% for reputation loss and labor costs; cancellation is not supported after 48 hours).

     ② If the transaction fails because the domain published by the seller has already been transferred out, already traded, etc. before the transaction, the seller shall, in addition to refunding the corresponding amount, compensate the buyer at 10% of the amount paid by the buyer (maximum 5000 yuan).

2. JM Buy It Now, ALi Buy It Now, Gname Buy It Now (Seller is exempt from transaction fees)

① The seller sets a fixed price for sale, with a minimum selling price of 100 yuan, and the transaction amount can be withdrawn. This transaction type is limited to sellers who are our company'sGold Card Members andContracted Stores.

② The platform will display and sell at a markup of 4~10% on the price set by the seller at the time of publishing. If the transaction is successful, no seller fee will be charged.

     For example: If the seller publishes a domain for sale at 1000 yuan, the display price will be 1040 yuan, and after the transaction is completed, 1000 yuan will be credited to the seller's account.

③ Once a buyer makes an offer, the transaction is completed immediately. If the seller cannot deliver due to reasons such as the domain having already been sold on another platform, the seller may cancel the transaction without liquidated damages. Sellers must control the default rate for third-party domains and external Buy It Now transactions within 5%, otherwise their store or publishing permission may be closed.

④ JM Buy It Now supports publishing domains managed by 聚名: after the transaction is completed, the seller must, within 24 hours, push the domain to the buyer's account/ID for 0 yuan after depositing it to our company on the JM platform or via deposit. The buyer ID can be viewed in Sold Buy It Now. After the buyer receives it, they confirm the operation, and the transaction is completed.

⑤ ALi Buy It Now supports publishing domains managed by 阿里云: after the transaction is completed, the seller must within 24 hours push the domain to the buyer's account/ID for 0 yuan after depositing it to our company on the ALi platform or via deposit. The buyer ID can be viewed inSold Buy It Now. After the buyer receives it, they confirm the operation, and the transaction is completed.

⑦ After publishing, the system will intelligently rank domains based on price, attributes, number of visits, etc.: generally, publishing a reasonable price range and a longer display time range will obtain better ranking and exposure.

   III. Process for Publishing Domain Transactions

1. After logging into your 西部数码 account, you may choose either of the following two methods.

① Click "Management Center - I am a Seller - I Want to Sell a Domain", and fill in the domain you want to sell in the input box according to the format.

② Click "Management Center - Business Management - Domain Management ", filter out the domain you want to sell, and click "Publish Transaction".

2. Select the corresponding transaction type.

3. Enter the transaction settings page, and set the domain sale period, sale amount, and domain description. If publishing a third-party domain, resolution authentication is also required.《Third-Party Transaction Certification and Requirements》

4. After confirming that the price and other information are correct, publish the transaction, then fill in the correct security answer as prompted by the system (the Buy It Now system will confirm the price a second time, please check carefully), and wait for the system to return the publishing result.

5. If publishing fails, you can modify it according to the error message prompted by the system and republish. If the transaction is published successfully, you can view and manage it in Domains on Sale.

   IV. Handling of Defaults in Domain Descriptions

1. It is strictly prohibited to fill in contact information in any form in the domain description, including but not limited to domain exchange auction group numbers, personal QQ, WeChat, email, website, and telephone, etc. Violations will result in downgrading, permission closure, account closure, etc.

2. The domain description may only contain a normal explanation of the domain. You promise that the domain description you fill in, publish, and disseminate shall consciously comply with laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate rights and interests, public order, moral standards, and information authenticity, etc. If there is intentional violation, after verification, it will be forcibly delisted, and a fine of 30 yuan each time will be imposed!

3. You understand and promise:

① Your use of the domain does not involve obscenity/pornography, gambling, drugs, fraud/phishing, intellectual property infringement, or other behaviors prohibited by laws and regulations or infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others.

② The domain listing and sale transactions you conduct are true and legal, and do not involve transferring/selling illegal domains, cash-out/money laundering, credit card cash-out/theft, etc., and do not involve providing support, help, or assistance to others while knowing they are carrying out pornography, gambling, drugs, online fraud, or other illegal and criminal acts.
