I. Introduction to sedoMLS Premium Promotion Business and Advantages

sedo will display domains for sale that have activated sedoMLS Premium Promotion on the trading platforms of its more than 650 global partners. This not only greatly increases the domain's exposure and transaction rate, but also, if a transaction is reached, the domain will no longer require seller confirmation and will be directly transferred and the transaction completed.

II. Conditions for Domains Registered with 西部数码 to Join sedo SML
1. The domain's sale method on sedo must be Buy It Now;
2. The domain status must be normal and meet the transfer conditions (registered for more than 60 days and more than 15 days before expiration); when publishing to sedo, if the domain is currently for sale in the 西部数码 trading system, it must be removed first. If the domain information uses a temporary template (owner email is whoisagent@west263.com), you need to change it to your own email first before it can be published normally.
3. Domains registered with our company and whose registrar is: Chengdu West Dimension Digital Technology Co., Ltd. 

4. The domain suffix must meet the requirements of SedoMLS Premium Promotion. For details, see: https://sedo-cn.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4059

III. Steps to Activate sedo MLS Premium Promotion

1. Visit the sedo Chinese website: sedo.cn  and register and verify/log in to your sedo account;

2. Click "My sedo Account" —— Add Domain, and enter the domain you want to sell in the box;

3. Publish the domain for Buy It Now sale.

4. Select the registrar as: west.cn 西部数码;

5. Wait for sedo to automatically complete verification, or manually add DNS records for verification (see the DNS tutorial below);

6. After successful verification, activate sedo MLS verification;
Click "My sedo Account" —— My Domains —— change the view to "sedoMLS Premium Promotion". After confirming successful verification, select the corresponding domain and click "Activate sedoMLS Premium Promotion".

7. Confirm activation of sedo MLS Premium Promotion. Either of the following two methods can be used. For batch operations, method ② is recommended.

① Log in to your email and click the confirmation link in the email to confirm. If it is not processed within 72 hours, the email will become invalid;

② Perform batch confirmation in "Management Center - Domain Trading - I Am a Seller - sedo Sale Records".

8. Added successfully.

You can view your domain sale information on the corresponding sedo buyer side;

In our company's Management Center —— Domain Trading —— I Am a Seller _ sedo Sale Records, view the status of domains under your account on sedo.

IV. Domain Ownership Verification Methods
1. sedo automatic verification: sedo will verify the domain's whois within two business days (to check whether the whois email is consistent with the sedo account email).

Note: Due to the impact of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) , for some suffixes, whois information can no longer be read to verify domain ownership. It is recommended to directly use method 2 (manually add DNS records) for verification.

2. Manual DNS record verification: users can quickly verify by adding txt records/cname records.

The method is as follows:
In My sedo Account —— My Domains —— Domain Ownership Verification —— View your ID

There are two verification methods; choose either one:

txt record: Fill in the id as the txt record value; once DNS updates, verification is complete.
cname verification: Fill in the id as the host name, and fill in the record value as verify.sedo.com

V: Special Notes:

1. Domains that are for sale on sedo can be transferred, pushed, etc., but after such operations they cannot be successfully purchased on sedo.

2. Domains that are for sale on sedo can be listed for trading on our company, but cannot be successfully purchased on sedo.

3. If a domain is transferred to another account, the listing on sedo will not be automatically removed, but it cannot be successfully purchased on sedo. The original domain owner can manually remove it in "sedo Sale Records".
