I. Inquiry Transaction Instructions
When a seller publishes an inquiry, they set a minimum bid to filter out offers whose prices differ too greatly from their expected price. After the buyer makes an offer, the buyer and seller can negotiate. After the offer is finally confirmed, the transaction is completed.
西部数码 inquiry transactions have three stages: publishing a transaction, the inquiry stage, and the transaction stage.

After a seller publishes an inquiry transaction, view the published inquiry transaction in: Management Center - Domain Transactions - I am a Seller - Inquiries I Received .
The buyer's offer must be higher than the minimum bid set by the seller for the offer to succeed. The system will provide relevant prompts.
Note: For inquiries initiated after 2016-9-12, if the seller has confirmed, the buyer's breach (refusal or failure to confirm within the time limit) will incur a 5 yuan penalty (no compensation to the seller), so please do not make inquiries casually!
After a buyer successfully makes an inquiry, they can view the inquiry record in: Management Center - Domain Transactions - I am a Buyer - Domains I Inquired About .
1. The seller can only confirm one buyer's inquiry. After confirmation, the transaction is locked. Other buyers can still make counteroffers and new offers, but cannot confirm the inquiry; if the buyer already confirmed by the seller breaches, the seller can reconfirm other buyers' inquiries; after the seller confirms the offer, delisting requires payment of a 5 yuan penalty (no compensation to the buyer).
2. When the buyer confirms, the corresponding deposit must be paid. After confirmation, the transaction is locked. If the account balance is insufficient for the deposit, confirmation cannot be performed. The deposit rules are the same as the bidding auction standard.
3. For the same inquiry, if the seller makes counteroffers to multiple buyers, the transaction is concluded with the buyer who first confirms the inquiry.
Both parties need to go to I am a Seller/Buyer - Domains Awaiting Confirmation to confirm the transaction. The rules and process of the transaction confirmation stage are the same as bidding auctions. If either party cancels, the corresponding penalty will be deducted.If the seller's account balance is insufficient, the transaction cannot be canceled. The buyer must pay the remaining amount to confirm. If the account balance is insufficient, the confirmation operation cannot be performed (for detailed rules, please refer to Domain Auction Rules).After both parties confirm, the system automatically credits the payment and transfers the domain name to the buyer's account.
Because 西部数码 only provides a trading platform for buyers and sellers, if the buyer needs an invoice, they must contact the seller to provide it. 西部数码 does not provide invoices. Generally, individual sellers do not provide invoices by default. If the buyer needs an invoice, please contact the seller in advance to inquire about invoice taxes and mailing fees.
