Solution to the issue where a file set as read-only is still modified under Linux.

This situation is generally caused by hackers using the chmod function in php to adjust permissions.
Solution:
From the control panel, switch the php version to php5.3/5.4/5.5

Then enter the others directory from File Manager and modify the php.ini file. Add chmod in the disable_functions setting to disable this function.
