4. A prompt asking whether to save the password pops up.

If you will often manage it later, and the computer is for your personal use and data security can be guaranteed, you can choose [Save password] and confirm. If data security cannot be guaranteed or you are using a public computer, please choose [Do not save password] and confirm.

5. Connection success prompt.

After a successful connection, the software will display the information under the FTP directory on the right side. Please upload the website program to the [wwwroot] directory. The three directories database, logfiles, and others are created by the system; it is recommended to keep them and not delete them.

How to upload using PASV passive mode?

If FTP keeps failing to connect, you can try specifying the transfer settings and select PASV passive mode to try connecting.

(If the connection reports error 530, it is usually a password error. Please check whether the entered password is correct.)
