           Internet information services are divided into two categories: commercial and non-commercial. In order to regulate Internet information service activities and promote the healthy and orderly development of Internet information services, in accordance with 国务院 Order No. 292 《Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services》 and 工信部 Order No. 33 《Measures for the Administration of Filing for Non-commercial Internet Information Services》, the State implements a licensing system for commercial Internet information services and a filing system for non-commercial Internet information services.
