1. Why is the website front end still not displaying after I upload the logo?

  1. Please go to Website Backend - Website Logo Management - Upload Image (successfully uploaded images can be previewed directly here). Then enter Page Layout Mode - for the Website Logo plugin - Settings - select the group where the logo is located - check "Share settings for plugins with the same name across the site" - Confirm.

  2. If the image cannot be previewed after uploading in the backend, please use IE browser, enable Compatibility View mode, and then upload again.

2. I modified the "Company Profile" content in the website backend, but the homepage still has not updated?

  Please go from the backend - enter the homepage Page Layout Mode - Company Profile plugin - Settings - directly modify it on the plugin.

3. I modified the "Contact Us" content, but when I visit, the page still shows the original?

  The Contact Us plugin can exist independently on each page, meaning the content of the Contact Us plugin can be different on each page. You need to enter each page's Page Layout Mode separately - plugin - Settings - modify it on the plugin.

4. How do I replace the carousel images on the website?

  Enter Website Backend - Ads - Carousel Ad Management - upload images there. If the image is uploaded successfully, it can be previewed directly here; otherwise, please use IE browser, enable Compatibility View mode, and then upload again.

5. Why does the website still display the first-level menu after I add a secondary navigation menu?

  After adding the secondary menu, please enter Page Layout Mode - delete the current first-level navigation menu plugin - add the secondary navigation menu plugin in the navigation module.

6. I need to display product secondary categories on the product page. How do I set it up?

  Enter Website Backend - Product Categories - under a first-level product category - create a new category - publish products to the newly created category. Enter Page Layout Mode - delete the current product first-level category plugin - add the product secondary category plugin.

7. This plugin area only displays 4 products. How can I make this area display more?

  Please enter Page Layout Mode - plugin - Settings - adjust the "Number of items displayed" value and stretch/adjust the plugin size.

8. I want to add Baidu Shangqiao/online consultation/QQ customer service code and other code to the website. Which file do I need to add it to?

  You can use the File Management function - edit \base\templates\foot.htm at the bottom to modify/add the corresponding code. This file is a site-wide include file; after adding, it will display on all pages of the site.

9. Where can I modify the copyright at the bottom of the standard module of the Finished Website?

  Please log in to Website Backend - Settings - Bottom Information Edit - modify. To modify site-wide, check "Also modify the site-wide bottom information".

10. Where do I set the website keywords and page title for the Finished Website?

  Please enter Backend - Layout - enter Page Layout Mode - Page Title/Parameters to add.

11. How do I modify the page background and page size?

  Please enter Backend - Layout - enter Page Layout Mode - Page Background/Layout to change. Here you can adjust backgrounds such as the header, middle, and footer, and you can also upload background images yourself.

12. Why can't the layout be saved? After saving and exiting, the plugin layout returns to the style before layout?

  Please enter Page Layout Mode - Existing plugins on this page - check all plugins - Settings - change the "Content overflow auto height" item to "auto hide", then adjust the plugin layout, save, and exit.

(Enter database management, find plugin table dev_base_plus. Execute SQL:

 SELECT * 
FROM  `dev_base_plus` 
WHERE  `overflow` =  'visible' and `plustype` = 'index'
ORDER BY  `dev_base_plus`.`id` DESC ;

Change the overflow column to hidden, and it will be fine.

Note: If the homepage is messed up, `plustype` = 'index'; if it is an inner page, first check the content module, for example the product page, then modify the SQL to `plustype` = 'product')

13. Why does my newly created webpage have no content or the page displays incorrectly?

   When creating a new webpage, if you choose "Independent Custom Layout", the created page will have no content and you need to lay it out yourself. You can enter the layout mode of a similar page - save the page's "Layout" and "Page Background/Layout" as schemes respectively, then enter that page's layout mode and apply these two schemes. 

14. I accidentally deleted a plugin, but why is the plugin still gone after I choose not to save and exit?

  Save and not save refers to whether changes to the plugin's position on the page are saved, while operations such as plugin settings, deletion, and content modifications in the plugin are all immediate.

15. Increase the number of menu items displayed in the Finished Website navigation

   In the a.css file under /menu/templates/images/mainmenu_dolphin/, download it locally via FTP
