Coupon and Cash Voucher Usage Tutorial!

If you have already obtained a 西部数码 coupon, how should you use it?

Actually, it is quite simple to use. Please see the tutorial below:

Step 1: Add the service you want to purchase to the shopping cart (as shown in Figure 1), and enter the shopping cart.

Step 2: Click the "Use Coupon" button in the service column you want to check out. In the pop-up dialog box, select a coupon code that meets the conditions, or manually enter the coupon code. (As shown in Figure 2.) This step is very important.

Step 3: Click the "Confirm Use" button, and the coupon will be successfully used. You can see that the product price in the corresponding service column has changed. (As shown in Figure 3.) Then just click checkout.

Other supplementary notes:

1. If you are not currently checking out a service, you had better click the "Cancel" button to cancel the use of the current coupon, and then use it again when you need to check out. This can prevent abnormal coupon status caused by factors such as changing computers or cache.

2. Sometimes during promotional activities, coupons for upgrades, renewals, etc. may be issued. The usage method is similar to the above. Click "Use Coupon" to use it!

3. When using a coupon, please carefully check the campaign rules or coupon usage requirements, especially the coupon's validity period. Expired coupons do not support reissue/refund!

4. If abnormal situations such as coupon setting, issuance occur, 西部数码 has the right to reclaim unused coupons, cancel orders that used such coupons, require supplementary payment of corresponding fees, etc.

5.It is prohibited to use 西部数码 platform plug-ins and/or exploit bugs in the 西部数码 platform to obtain improper benefits.

Next, let me introduce how to view and manage my coupons.

Enter the website Member Management Center-> Financial Management -> Coupon Management. Here you can view your currently available coupons and coupons that have already been used! As shown below:

Special note: On the main site, you need to manually specify which coupon code to use on the checkout page. If not specified, the system will not use any coupon code.

When operating on the agent platform, coupon codes with the "Auto Consume" flag set to "Yes" will be automatically used at checkout. The priority order for using coupon codes is: if there is an OEM coupon code, use the OEM coupon code first. Otherwise, use the coupon code that expires soonest first. (This is only a rough rule; you can adjust the priority level yourself. See the introduction at the bottom of the page for details.)

Special attention: Coupons, cash coupons, discount coupons, and various other coupons issued by 西部数码 can only have a usage entry when users themselves experience the entire shopping process on the frontend! Unless otherwise specially stated, issued coupons can only be used by the current member! At the same time, if you have obtained multiple coupons, only one coupon can be used at a time!

Discount/cash coupons are set according to different campaigns and have time requirements and usage requirements. Please pay attention to checking the usage conditions when using them!

Discount/cash coupons are opportunities in our promotional activities launched according to market conditions to give back to users. If you fail to use a coupon due to reasons such as forgetting to use it, we are sorry, but we will regard it as you giving up the usage opportunity. We currently do not support reissuing or refunding cash. At the same time, for services purchased using discount/cash coupons, reissuance or refunding cash is not supported when they are deleted. Please understand!
