It is worth noting that “to use the “Default Payment” function of the agent platform, the prepayment balance + the amount paid by the user for the current transaction must be >= the “minimum prepayment requirement”

For example, if the prepayment requirement for a Regular Agent is 300 yuan, and the agent account still has 50 yuan unconsumed, if the online payment made using the “Default Payment” function of the agent platform is less than 250 yuan, the system will prompt “Please contact customer service! [Error code: 508, insufficient prepayment balance]” and the payment will not succeed. It is recommended to keep a certain prepayment balance in the agent account; otherwise, customers' use of the “Default Payment” interface will be affected.
