Select your own database, then click the Export button to export.

Click the Import button, then you can select a local sql file to import and restore the database.

vps, Elastic Cloud Host user operations:
Log in to the server remotely, open http://localhost/phpmyadmin inside the server, then enter the database username and password to log in. After logging in, the import and export operations are the same as the phpmyadmin operations above.
For the use of phpmyadmin in the wdcp system, please refer to: http://www.west.cn/faq/list.asp?unid=517
Note: When importing and restoring data, please make sure to back up the current data, to avoid overwriting important data after import. During import, it may fail to import due to primary key conflicts. In this case, you need to empty the database before importing. Likewise, if you want to empty it, please also make a backup first.
