How to filter viruses/spam more effectively!

Published: 2018-04-24

There is currently no strict definition of spam. It can only be summarized as: emails or email lists sent to newsgroups or other people's email inboxes without user permission, unwanted by users, and difficult to unsubscribe from, are called spam (Spam).

Our system has enabled intelligent anti-spam strategies that can filter more than 99% of spam, but in order to avoid mistakenly filtering out some normal emails, it cannot achieve 100% filtering. This is because some emails are spam for some users, but normal emails for other users.

If you need better spam filtering, please follow the process below:

1. Log in to the enterprise mailbox via the web, click "Settings" -- "Inbox Rules" -- "Anti-spam/Blacklist & Whitelist".

2. For spam emails you do not want to receive, you can add the spam email address or spam domain to the blacklist.

3. For email addresses you have long-term contact with, if you find normal emails in the spam folder, you can add them to the whitelist.
