How to transfer a 时代互联 domain to 西部数码

I. Apply for Transfer-Out on the 时代互联 Official Website

1. Log in to the 时代互联 official website, click [Domain List], find the domain to transfer out, and click [Manage] on the right. As shown below:

2. In the domain control panel, click [Get Transfer Password]. As shown below:

3. Submit and upload the relevant scanned documents. Combine the front and back sides of the ID card into one image. Please note that the purpose must be marked on the document: “Only for applying for the transfer password for the XX domain on X year X month X day”. If the domain owner is an individual, a handwritten signature is required; if it is an organization, the organization’s official seal must be affixed. Then click [Submit]. As shown below:

4. Next, verify the owner’s email and mobile SMS verification code. As shown below:

5. After the email and SMS verification is passed, a review will be conducted. As shown below:

6. After the review is passed, the transfer password will be sent to the domain owner’s email. The prompt “Transfer password has been sent!” will appear. You can then check the transfer password in your email to proceed with the transfer-in. As shown below:

II. Submit Transfer-In at 西部数码

1. Log in to the 西部数码 official website (www.west.cn), and click [Domain Transfer-In], as shown below:

2. Enter the domain to transfer in and the transfer password. The format is: domain + space + transfer password. If there are multiple domains to transfer in, press Enter to submit multiple entries on separate lines, then click [Transfer Now]. As shown below:

3. In the domain transfer-in list, select the required template information. If there is no required template, you can fill in new information, then click [Confirm Submission]. If the balance is insufficient, it is recommended to recharge first, then submit. If DNS resolution is needed, check [Automatically change to 西部数码 DNS after successful transfer-in]. The domain transfer-in price is subject to the actual page display; the price on the page below is for demonstration only. As shown below:

4. After submission, just wait for the transfer-in. In [Domain Management] - [Domain Transfer-In], you can view the domain transfer status. Those that have been transferred in will display “Transfer Successful”; those still being transferred in will display “Waiting for confirmation from the original registrar”. Transfer-in generally completes within 7 days. No operation is required; just wait for the transfer-in. As shown below:
