How to create templates and external templates for transfer

I. Create a Domain Template

1. On www.west.cn  enter your username and password, log in to the West.cn official website, then click [Business Management] - [Domain Management] - [Template Management], as shown below:

2. Click [Add Real-Name Template], then fill in the relevant content according to the page prompts. If it is an individual owner, please fill in the owner's organization name with the individual's name. For other fields, refer to the red text hints in the image. As shown below:

3. The English information below is automatically filled in with pinyin by the system and generally does not need to be adjusted. If adjustment is needed, you can modify it yourself.

4. The applicable suffix can generally remain the default. Fill in the real-name certificate type and number (Note: For real-name certificates, individuals generally select ID card, enterprises generally select business license, government and organization entities generally select Organization Code Certificate), and then click [Save Now]. As shown below:

5. After submission, view the template just submitted in [Template List], and click [Not Uploaded], as shown below:

6. In the real-name material popup window, [Click to Upload] to upload the owner's certificate materials (the certificate materials corresponding to the real-name certificate filled in Step 4). Individuals should upload the photo page of the ID card, enterprises should upload a scanned copy of the business license duplicate, and organizations should upload the Organization Code Certificate. Then click [Submit Now]. After submission, wait for real-name review. As shown below:

7. After the real-name verification is successful, the status will change to [Real-Name Successful]. (Real-name review generally takes 1-3 working days; please wait patiently.) As shown below:

II. Create an External Template (generally used for external inbound; if you do not perform external inbound, you can ignore Step 2.)

1. Please first ensure that your domain template has passed real-name verification. If the template is still under real-name review, wait until it is successful before creating an external template. Click [External Template] as shown below:

2. Select the corresponding registrar (based on the registrar shown in our domain list). As shown below:

3. Click [Create] to create the external template. After successful creation, the status will show as [Completed].

Creating a template for Alibaba Cloud requires receiving a confirmation email at the email address filled in our template. Only after confirmation can it be created successfully.

Creating a template for Tencent Cloud requires SMS and email verification first. Please check your SMS and email to confirm.

4. If the domain registrar is Alibaba Cloud, but the domain needs to be imported from Juming to our company, please create a Juming template, click [View Details] in the Juming template, and then create the corresponding template.

(Generally, when importing and selecting a Juming template, it will be automatically created. Note that Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud templates require verification. It is recommended to create them manually and verify in time. You can also manually create the templates first.)

III. Domain Transfer

1. Click [Business Management] - [Domain Management] - [Template Management] - [Template Transfer] to perform the transfer operation. In the domain list, fill in the domains to be transferred, one per line, and multiple domains can be filled in at a time. Then select the template to transfer to (only one template can be selected at a time), and then click [Submit Transfer Now]. As shown below:

2. After submitting the transfer, you can check whether the transfer is successful in [Transfer Status]. Domain transfers may need to be reviewed by an audit institution depending on the suffix, which may extend the transfer period. It is expected to be completed within 1-3 working days. As shown below:
