Handling Process

Step 1: After the filing entity or individual completes all information security protection measures, prepare electronic images of all materials in the 【Application Materials】 below;

Step 2: Open 全国互联网安全管理服务平台: https://beian.mps.gov.cn , click the “User Login” button, and log in through the 公安部 “互联网+政务服务” platform;

Step 3: If there is no associated entity information under the user account, you need to add a new entity; if there is, skip this step;

Step 4: Click to enter 【Business Handling】→【Website Business】→【New Website Application】, fill in true and legal information according to the platform requirements, and after completing, click 【Submit】;

Step 5: After receiving the notice that the local public security organ has completed the review, log in to 全国互联网安全管理服务平台, click to enter 【My】→【My Websites】; select the website for which you want to download the filing number, click 【Details】→【Next】 to enter the website basic information page; view the network filing information, perform the operations 【Click to download filing number icon】 and 【Click to copy filing number HTML code】, and download the website filing number and filing icon;

Step 6: Paste the “Filing Number HTML Code” into the bottom of your webpage source code; download the “Filing Number Icon” and display it before the filing number.
