Explanation and Solutions for Processing Results of 备案码 Status Detection
Published: 2023-04-07
I. Function Description
If a "Filing Code Status Check" window pops up when you bind a domain to a virtual host or add a whitelist for a cloud server, it means that among the domains being operated, the filing code of the filing website corresponding to a domain has expired.
Possible reasons are as follows:
1. The filing code was not filled in when the domain was filed;
2. The service associated with the filing code filled in during filing has expired or changed ownership, causing the filing code to become invalid.
II. Processing Steps
The solution is to use an available filing code to complete or update it.
To make it easier for you to operate, the system will automatically fill in using an unused filing code of the current service (if the current service has never obtained a filing code, you need to click the "Get Filing Code" button below before it can automatically fill in). Whether it can be used needs to be judged according to the actual situation; just click "Confirm Code Supplement" and check the processing result.
If the remaining filing codes of the current service are insufficient, not all can be automatically filled in. You can first click "Confirm Code Supplement" and, according to the processing result, confirm how many filing codes are still needed, then obtain available filing codes through the following methods:
[Methods for Obtaining Available Filing Codes]
1. If other hosting services under your account have spare available filing codes, you can copy and fill them in;
2. Add filing codes or filing entities additionally: virtual hosts can purchase filing codes (up to 1 entity and 5 filing codes added), and cloud servers can purchase filing entities (1 entity includes 2 filing codes);
3. If the current service does not support additional additions or has reached the upper limit, you can use other hosting services under the account to add, or add after upgrading the service.
[Note] If you are not sure whether the hosting service can add filing codes or filing entities, please refer to "Cloud Product Filing Entity and Filing Code Allocation Rules",or contact our online customer service for consultation

If the current host has never obtained a filing code, the program cannot automatically fill it in, and you need to manually click "Get Filing Code":
