Why can't my domain be accessed in some places, resolving to 127.0.0.1 or 0.0.0.0?
Published: 2022-10-17
Symptom: In some places it can be accessed, while in others it cannot. In places where it cannot be accessed, pinging the domain resolves to 127.0.0.1 or 0.0.0.0. As shown in the figure:

Cause:
Most likely because the domain involves non-compliant applications and has been blocked by the corresponding operator. Based on our company's experience, it is generally blocked for fraud, gambling, pornography, etc.
Check the reason for being blocked:
You can check through the website: https://www.110.cqqgsafe.com/ It supports domain names or IPs.
You can check through the WeChat Mini Program: 净网云剑. It supports domain names or IPs.
Note that not all blocked domains can be found.
Solution:
If the specific reason can be found through the Mini Program: 净网云剑, you can try to appeal.
If the specific blocking situation cannot be found, or you cannot appeal, it is recommended to change the domain name. Also review the website yourself to determine what reason it may have been blocked for, and then make adjustments.
If it is your local machine that cannot access it, and you only want to solve your local access problem, you can solve it by modifying the hosts file. Open C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts with Notepad, add the correct IP and domain name, then save, and you can access it normally. You can also try changing your local DNS, then test whether it can be accessed normally. Refer to the tutorial: https://www.west.cn/faq/list.asp?unid=489
