I. Preliminary Preparation
1. Register 百度小程序
Merchants need to go to the official homepage of the 百度智能小程序 platform (https://smartprogram.baidu.com) and click the "Join Application" button in the upper right corner to register a 百度小程序 account (you can log in directly with a 百度 account).
After registering and logging in, you need to click Apply for Activation to activate 百度小程序
Please note: Currently, 百度智能小程序 open applications are only for enterprises, governments, and other non-individual entities
2. Mini Program Access Application
百度小程序 requires filling in company qualifications and other content and passing review before it can be activated. Please prepare relevant materials before applying:
After completing the application information, wait for the review result (within 24 hours).
If the application is not approved, you need to improve the materials again according to the feedback and submit them.
3. Submit Relevant Qualifications to Register the Mini Program
After the review is passed, you need to submit relevant qualifications to register the Mini Program.
Merchants need to choose the entity type according to their actual information:
Taking an enterprise as an example, you need to fill in and upload business license information, administrator information, etc.
After the information is submitted, you need to wait for 百度 review.
After the information review is passed, there will be an advanced verification link on the homepage. Clicking it will jump to the advanced verification page. After advanced verification is passed, you can create a Smart Mini Program and normally use various functions of the platform.
Corporate transfer: fill in enterprise corporate bank account opening information → wait for the system to transfer funds to this account → check whether the funds have arrived (expected to take 1-2 working days) → fill in the received amount on the verification page → wait for the verification result.
4. Create Mini Program
After registration review is passed, click "Create Smart Mini Program" to complete the basic information of the Smart Mini Program (fill in the Smart Mini Program name, introduction, upload avatar, and select service scope). If you choose a special industry, you also need to submit corresponding qualifications according to the interface prompts.
Please note that one entity information can apply for 5 百度智能小程序.
II. Mini Program Release
1. Code Download
Code package download means downloading the Mini Program code package on the platform, uploading the code by yourself through 百度 Developer Tools, and completing Mini Program review and Mini Program release operations through the 百度智能小程序 platform.
1.1 Configure Mini Program Parameters
Log in to the admin backend, click the [Store] menu-> click [百度小程序]-> click [Mini Program Configuration], and configure the Mini Program parameters: AppID, AppKey, AppSecret. AppID, AppKey, and AppSecret can be obtained by logging in to the 百度智能小程序 backend — Settings — Development Settings;
Please note that after AppSecret is generated, it will not be stored in plaintext on the development platform. You need to keep it properly yourself. Once lost, it needs to be regenerated, which may affect the normal use of the published Mini Program.
1.2 Configure Mini Program Server Domain Names
Log in to the 百度智能小程序 backend, and in Settings — Development Settings, configure the Mini Program server domain names. The detailed configuration is as follows: Click to get server domain names
1.3 Download Code Package
After configuring the Mini Program parameters, on the "Package Code" page, click the [One-click Packaging] button to package and download the Mini Program;
After downloading, extract the Mini Program code package to a folder.
1.4 Install 百度小程序 Developer Tools
Go to the 百度智能小程序 developer tools download page (https://smartprogram.baidu.com/docs/develop/devtools/show_sur/) to download and install 百度智能小程序 Developer Tools.
Please note that you should download the corresponding version according to your computer: for Windows systems, please download the Windows 64 version; for Apple computers, please download the mac version.
1.5 Import Mini Program Code Package and Upload
Open 百度智能小程序 Developer Tools and select to open the Mini Program project.
Select the project directory, find and select the Mini Program folder just extracted, and you can open the Mini Program project.
After opening the Mini Program project, you need to log in with a 百度 account that has developer permissions (you need to install the mobile 百度 client to scan the QR code to log in) before you can upload and publish. Developers can be added in the 百度智能小程序 backend — Member Management — Project Members.
In 百度智能小程序 Developer Tools, you can preview the Mini Program and upload the Mini Program code to the 百度智能小程序 backend.
When uploading the code package, you need to fill in the version number. The version number can be filled in according to actual needs; it is recommended to keep it consistent with the platform version number.
1.6 Preview and Submit for Review
Log in to the 百度智能小程序 backend. In Development Management, you can see the Mini Program uploaded in the previous step.
Click the "Experience Code" above the version number, use the 百度APP client to scan the QR code, and you can preview the Mini Program (you need to add it in Member Management first).
After previewing, click Submit for Review to submit the Mini Program to 百度 for review. After 百度 review is passed, return to this page to release the Mini Program. If the review is not passed, you need to modify it according to 百度's review comments and resubmit for review.
III. 百度小程序 Payment Configuration Guide
1. Preliminary Preparation
1.1 Qualifications Required
百度电商开放平台 requires enterprise qualifications. You need to prepare a photocopy of the business license (with official seal), a photo of the legal representative holding their ID card, a corporate account, and other materials.
1.2 Register 百度电商开放平台
Merchants need to click the "Login/Register" button in the upper right corner of the official homepage of 百度电商开放平台 (http://dianshang.baidu.com/) to register a 百度电商开放平台 account.
1.3 Qualification Certification
After successful registration, enter the open platform page and click [Qualification Certification] — [Certify Now].
Provide [Business License] and [Legal Representative Identity] information according to page prompts.
Note: The entered content must be consistent with the information in the uploaded attachments.
After qualification entry is [Submitted], it will enter qualification review, and the review will be completed within 1-2 days<
The review result can be viewed in [Account Center] — [Qualification Certification].
If qualification review is not passed: the reason for failure will be indicated in orange font at the top of the page.
You can modify according to the prompted reason.
After modification is completed, you can [Submit] again.
If qualification review is passed, please click [Management Center] — [Settings Center], enter developer settings
Note: Do not create a service directly. Creating a service directly will remain in [Under Review] and will not take effect.
1.4 Developer Settings
Click [Management Center] — [Settings Center], enter developer settings, and fill in parameters such as developer public key, test environment callback URL, and production environment callback URL.

After filling in, click Submit to make the configuration take effect.
1.5 Create New Service
After completing developer settings, go to Payment Service Settings — My Services to create a payment service
When creating a service, you need to fill in the service-related service name,, customer service phone number, etc., to ensure a high-quality after-sales service experience for users.
After information entry is completed, click [Submit]. The system will automatically verify the bank card information with the bank, and the review will be completed within 1 hour.
Note: If developer configuration is not completed, creating a new service directly will always show [Under Review]. If it is not approved within one hour, please check the developer configuration in [Settings Center].
After the review is passed, you can see the approved status in My Services.
Click View, copy and save the dealId, platform public key, and APP KEY in the developer information.
2. Payment Configuration
Go to Platform — Store — Payment Methods — 百度 Payment Configuration, fill in the dealId, platform public key, and APP KEY saved in the previous step into the corresponding input boxes and save. This completes the payment configuration, and you can use payment in 百度小程序.
