Container Cloud uploads files via FTP.

Container Cloud Installing FTP inside is relatively complicated. We provide a separate FTP account, and it is not recommended to install FTP separately.


  1. First, go to FTP Management in the Container Cloud control panel.

  2. Enable FTP (FTP is disabled by default for security). The FTP account is displayed in the prompt below.

  3. Open FTP, enter the address and password to connect.

  4. After a successful connection, the default directory is the  /home/ftproot/  directory inside the container. You can upload to this directory, then use the File Management  function in the control panel to move them to other directories.
