Installing BaoTa Panel on a clean CentOS 7 system

Our cloud server uses the native centos yum repository. When installing 宝塔面板 with yum, it downloads components from overseas URL addresses by default, causing slow downloads during yum installation. The installation progress is affected by the download speed of overseas components. You can increase the installation speed by replacing it with a domestic yum repository. The following uses the domestic 阿里 yum repository as a replacement. You can also switch to other domestic repositories such as 163 based on your personal preference.

1. Change to a domestic repository

    Back up the existing repository: 

        mv /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo.backup

    Download the new repository:

        For centos7.* versions, please run: curl -o /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo http://mirrors.aliyun.com/repo/Centos-7.repo

     Generate yum cache:

         yum makecache

2. Install 宝塔面板

        yum install -y wget && wget -O install.sh http://download.bt.cn/install/install_6.0.sh && sh install.sh

    The installation process is expected to take about 10~20 minutes.
