1. How many backups do Basic Cloud Snapshot, Advanced Cloud Snapshot, and Custom Snapshot Policy provide?

  Basic Cloud Snapshot: 2 copies 

  Advanced Cloud Snapshot: 5 copies

  Custom Policy: Generated according to rules, unlimited

2.What are the differences between Basic Cloud Snapshot, Advanced Cloud Snapshot, and Custom Snapshot Policy?

  Basic Cloud Snapshot:

  ① Can retain two snapshots from the last two days, either automatically saved by the system or manually created;

  ② Does not support defining a backup cycle;

  ③ Restoring other backups additionally costs 980 yuan/time.

  Advanced Cloud Snapshot:

  ① From the activation date, retain up to 5 snapshot data copies on a daily basis (including 4 backups generated according to the backup frequency set by the user, and 1 backup that is 5-15 days old);

  ② The backup cycle can be customized (1-10 days);

  ③ Only 10 yuan/month; less than one month is calculated as one month.

  Custom Snapshot Policy:

  ① You can set backup rules yourself, customize backup time and cycle, retention duration, etc.;

  ② Billed according to actual usage, 0.12 yuan/G/month.

  Note: If Advanced Cloud Snapshot is activated, Custom Snapshot Policy cannot be used; the two cannot be used at the same time.

3. Rules related to Custom Snapshot Policy:

  ① The account balance must be greater than 100 yuan to activate it;

  ② The actual fee for the previous hour is calculated every hour. The previous day's fee is deducted at midnight every day. If the fee is less than 10 yuan, it will accumulate to 10 yuan before deduction;

  ③ After arrears, new backups will immediately stop being generated; existing backups will continue to be billed until they automatically expire;

  ④ Automatic backup will resume within 1 hour after recharging. If you need to generate a backup immediately, just perform manual settings;

  ⑤ If you need to disable it, please cancel this function yourself; otherwise billing will continue.

4. Will manually created snapshot backups overwrite system backups?

  Because Basic Cloud Snapshot only displays the last two, manually created snapshot backups will not overwrite the currently displayed backups;

  For Advanced Cloud Snapshot users, we provide 5 backups. A manually created snapshot backup will overwrite the second backup (the earliest one among snapshots from the past 4 days);

  Custom Cloud Snapshot Policy does not support manual creation.

5. How soon will a mounted snapshot backup be canceled?

  Restarting the server or every day at 1:00 AM will automatically cancel it

6. Can multiple snapshot backups be mounted at the same time?

   Not supported. For the system disk and data disk, only one can be mounted at a time; mounting multiple data disks or system disks at the same time is not supported

7. Can a paid snapshot backup be canceled midway?

   Midway cancellation is not supported

8. After upgrading Basic Cloud Snapshot to Advanced Cloud Snapshot, when will other backups be displayed?

   After purchasing Advanced Cloud Snapshot, only snapshots newly created after the purchase date will be displayed. If you want to restore snapshots from before the purchase date, an additional fee is required (980 yuan/time),

9. After restoring a snapshot, can it be undone?

   Please submit a ticket to contact technical support for verification.

10. Can agent users restore snapshot backups?

   Not supported for now. For data security, the independent control panel can only mount backups and cannot restore them. If you need to restore, please contact your agent.
