Open iis, expand the website, right-click the site to be configured -- Properties. Find the “HTTP Headers” tab -- MIME type to set and add.

The screenshot uses the .ipa MIME type as an example.

2. IIS7 (iis7.5, iis8) setup method.

Open iis7, click the site to be configured, then click MIME type on the right.

Note that file extensions all start with a dot.
