How to back up emails when migrating a mail server?

If your email service is hosted by another provider and you need to migrate to our company, and your emails need to be backed up, you can choose one of the following two methods:

Method 1

Use our company's mailbox migration feature to migrate. This method does not require you to back up emails locally.

Use outlook or foxmail to connect to the mailbox via pop3 to download emails locally.
